was born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa and has spent the
majority of his life exploring the African bush. He feels perfectly
at home in the African wilderness and has a wealth of knowledge built up over the last 18 years working in the industry. Richard studied politics and international relations, and later specialised in
travel and tourism management. He has travelled extensively in Europe, marketing both Africa and Southern African holiday destinations. Along
with his love and enthusiasm for Africa’s people, wildlife and
landscapes, Richard has first-hand, in-depth knowledge of Southern
Africa. He is adept at using this to create professional, seamless, extraordinary journeys through Africa, easily personalising and meeting clients’ specific requests as and when needed. SARAH BARROWGrowing up, Sarah’s family headed off on camping and other expeditions into the bush whenever they could, touring South Africa, Botswana and Zimbabwe extensively. Sarah’s passion for wildlife and wild areas started young and is still going strong.
When Sarah left university after studying zoology and botany, she was bitten by the scuba diving bug and became a diving instructor, working in the remote parts of Mozambique. After a time spent living in the hardwood forests of Northern Zambia, Sarah is now based in Johannesburg with her own family. She is keen to instil in her young children the same love of the African wild and the African coastal envionments that she developed, so Sarah and her husband take their children on camping trips and other adventures into the bush, and to remote coastal areas, whenever they can.
